We run a business that is far removed from an office environment and therefore our hours of opening are far from 9-5! This means that we will need you to be available across all kinds of shifts including late Friday and Saturday nights and public holidays. 

Rates of pay are outlined in the various Award and our Enterprise Agreements and depending on your position with BSL, your employment will be governed by one of the following:

• Alpine Resorts Award 2020 (“the Award”)
• Buller Ski Lifts Enterprise Agreement 2018 (“the Agreement”)
• Buller Ski Lifts Pty Ltd Maintenance Employees Enterprise Agreement 2019 (“the Agreement”)
• Buller Ski & Snowboard School Enterprise Agreement 2018 (“the Agreement”)
